LEGAL REQUIREMENT
Muzzling & Leads
In line with current legislation, XL Bullies must be muzzled and on a lead in all shared areas of the hotel, including reception, corridors, gardens and the car park.
Documentation
Certificate Of Exemption & Public Liability Insurance
Every XL Bully must have a valid Certificate of Exemption in the owner's name. Suitable public liability insurance must be in place for the duration of your stay.
ROOM ACCESS
Room & Housekeeping Access
Please let us know if your dog is in the room. For safety, our team will not enter a bedroom while an XL Bully is loose inside. Housekeeping can be arranged at a convenient time when your dog is out with you.
RESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP
Responsible Supervision
Dogs must remain under the control of a responsible person aged 16 or over at all times outside the bedroom.
Before You Arrive
To make check in as smooth as possible, please send the following before your stay:
✓ Certificate of Exemption
✓ Proof of public liability insurance
✓ Contact number for the person responsible for the dog during the stay
