XL Bullies Are Always Welcome
We welcome exempted XL Bully type dogs at The Ashleigh. We believe responsible owners and well behaved dogs deserve a holiday too. To keep everyone safe and comply with UK legislation, we ask owners to follow a small number of additional requirements during their stay.
LEGAL REQUIREMENT
Muzzling & Leads
In line with current legislation, XL Bullies must be muzzled and on a lead in all shared areas of the hotel, including reception, corridors, gardens and the car park.
ROOM ACCESS
Room & Housekeeping Access
Please let us know if your dog is in the room. For safety, our team will not enter a bedroom while an XL Bully is loose inside. Housekeeping can be arranged at a convenient time when your dog is out with you.
Documentation
Certificate Of Exemption & Public Liability Insurance
Every XL Bully must have a valid Certificate of Exemption in the owner's name. Suitable public liability insurance must be in place for the duration of your stay.
RESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP
Responsible Supervision
Dogs must remain under the control of a responsible person aged 16 or over at all times outside the bedroom.
